In these Terms and Conditions 'We Want 2 Work, the Website, www.wewant2work.co.uk, we, our, us' refers to the www.wewant2work.co.uk web site operated by We Want 2 Work. References to 'You' or 'User' apply to any individual or entity accessing the site for any purpose whatsoever.

1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing the content and/or registering on www.wewant2work.co.uk you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein and you accept our limited privacy policy.

1.2 You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations.

1.3 You agree not to use the Website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or purpose, or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website.

1.4 You agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.

1.5 Use of this website with the intention of acquiring database information for use other than for genuine employment opportunities or in the use of random advertising or scam campaigns is not permitted. Any such action will result in registration being cancelled without prior notice or recourse.

1.6 For Job Seekers: you agree to the availability and display within the Website of your registered data (i.e. items as indicated within the registration process). This data is accessible within the Website by interested parties under;

1.6.1 a limited non registered employer search (i.e. providing outline data) or,

1.6.2 a detailed refined search for registered employers providing full data and direct contact details.

1.7 For Employers: you agree to the display within the website, of limited registered data (i.e. company name and web address). You also agree to be acting solely for the organisation named during the registration process and not for any third party organisations.

1.8 You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, loss and costs including legal fees incurred by us, arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

1.9 If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the products or services on this website and should leave immediately.


2 Limitation of Liability

2.1 We Want 2 Work will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, data in relation to use of the website whatsoever.

2.2 You agree that by using this website and the information contained herein that registered job seekers and employers and or agents are at all times solely responsible for the authenticity of their own registered data, its appropriateness or current validity.

2.3 Employment negotiations, communication, verification of suitability, eligibility, employment offers or any matter following employment status or other outcome arising are at all times the direct responsibility of the employer and or individual parties concerned, without any responsibility or onus resting whatsoever with We Want 2 Work, its employees, agents or representatives.

2.4 You agree that We Want 2 Work, its agents or representatives cannot be held liable for whatever reason following the disclosure (see 1.6.1 and 1.6.2 above) of registered Job Seekers details (as indicated in the registration process) to interested parties registered or otherwise.

2.5 Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of We Want 2 Work, its employees, agents or representatives.


3 Implied Authority

3.1 All Employer registrations are assumed to be made by an authorised representative of the organisation and that the required authority has in all cases been granted by an authorised officer within that organisation.

3.2 If, however, registration is completed without such authority, the individual registering will be deemed to have accepted the full responsibility for that registration.


4 Cancellation

4.1 We reserve the right to cancel the registration of an Employer if it is subsequently discovered that the true nature of their business is as an employment agency, employment business or employment bureau company.

4.2 By agreeing to these terms and conditions you accept that your registration on the website and use of its services is at all times at the absolute discretion of We Want 2 Work and that we reserve the right to cancel, remove or suspend any registration without prior notice.

4.3 You may cancel your registration to the Website at any time by logging in to your profile and following the steps to remove your account.


5 Charges and Fees

5.1 Employers' registration fees are payable during the final stage of the registration process and cover a period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 calendar months from the date of payment depending on the subscription chosen

5.2.Scale of Fee's

  1. 1 Month                 £80.00
  2. 3 Months               £225.00
  3. 6 Months               £420.00
  4. 12 Months             £780.00

5.3 Job Seekers have the option to have two references checked by We Want 2 Work for a fee of £14.95. Once checked your inclusion in search results will show that you have valid references.


6 Services Provided

6.1 Registered Job Seekers

6.1.1 Job search and direct contact with employers

6.1.2 Self-administered user profile area

6.1.3 Optional reference checking service (as detailed in 5.4)

6.2 Registered Employers

6.2.1 Access to the Job Seeker database, search and contact.

6.2.2 Self-administered user profile area

6.2.3 Posting vacancies on the Job Boards


7 Eligibility

7.1 Employers should be aware it is unlawful to employ a person in a UK-based job who does not have permission to live and work in the UK.

7.2 Job Seekers should be aware of how immigration and work permit laws and rules apply to their situation before applying for any jobs.

7.3 For further information on immigration and work permit laws, refer to the Home Office website at www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk


8 Modification

8.1 We Want 2 Work reserve the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and use of any of its websites will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement.

8.2 We Want 2 Work have complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.


9 Copyright

9.1 All intellectual property of We Want 2 Work such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of We Want 2 Work.

9.2 By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of We Want 2 Work and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.

 

10 Disclaimers

10.1 The information contained within the Website is provided on the understanding that the website is not engaged in rendering advice and should not be wholly relied upon when making any related decision.

10.2 The information contained within the Website is provided on an 'as is' basis with no warranties expressed or otherwise implied relating to the accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility or security of any components of the Website.

10.3 We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the www.wewantwork.co.uk Website and cannot provide any representation that using the Website will be error free.

10.4 We Want 2 Work is not liable for failure to perform the website's obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

12 Severance

12.1 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.


13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1 This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
