- QDo Job Seekers have to pay to register?
No, joining We Want 2 Work is free for Job Seekers to register and make Job Searches. There is the opportunity to have your references pre-checked for a small fee, but this is entirely optional and is purely an additional service.
- QHow will We Want 2 Work pay me?
Unlike other Job Sites we don't pay our clients after taking our share. It is the responsibility of the Employer to pay you directly and take care of your Tax and National Insurance contributions, unless of course the position is Self Employed when you are responsible for your own contributions.
- QI'm worried about putting my personal details, who will be able to see them?
No need to worry only fully subscribed genuine Employers will be able to view your profile and contact you. We take privacy very seriously, if you think you have received spam mail or unwanted calls via this site please contact us immediately.

No, We Want 2 Work is merely a Job Seeker to Employer matching service. Think of it as a dating site but for employment instead of relationships. As an Employer you will be responsible for paying the job Seeker and making the appropriate Tax and National Insurance contributions.
- QI don't have time to answer calls and emails from unsuitable Job Seekers, how do you prevent this?
As an Employer your profile will be hidden unless you post a vacancy on the Job Board, when only the details you want to display will be visible. Other than that there is no possible way for Job Seekers to see you at all!
